This policy covers this website (enainbox.enacast.com) and the staff access pages of the EnaInbox application (login, password reset and signup). If you sent a complaint or suggestion to a town hall through EnaInbox, the town hall is the controller of that data and we are its processor: you will find its privacy information on the form itself.

What data we process and why

Emails you send us. This website has no form: if you write to us, we process your name, email address and what you tell us only to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is your request and the pre-contractual steps you ask for (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Visit statistics. We count visits with Umami, a cookie-free analytics tool that we host ourselves: it stores nothing in your browser, creates no persistent identifier, and we only see aggregate figures (page views, country, device type).

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) temporarily logs technical data about each request, such as the IP address, to keep the website running and protect it. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the service (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Anti-robot check in the application. To tell people from bots and prevent automated access and abuse, the login, password reset and signup pages of the EnaInbox application use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security service of Cloudflare, Inc. When you open one of these pages, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical data about your browser and device (such as the user agent and TLS fingerprint). Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It sets no cookies on our domains. Cloudflare acts as a data processor and, when it uses these signals to improve its bot detection, as an independent controller; it may process the data outside the European Union under its data processing terms. Cookies

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, which is why there is no consent banner. It loads no fonts or images from third-party services.

How long we keep it

We keep emails for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and at most one year after the last contact, unless we start a business relationship; in that case, for as long as the law requires (for example, tax obligations).

Who can see it

We do not share your data with anyone. We use these providers, which process it on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and the application’s anti-robot check) and Google (the company mailbox). Both are US companies certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which covers the international transfer.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to hola@enacast.com. If you think we have not handled it correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
